Rainy, Windy, Chilly Halloween Across The Northeast

Many cities across the Northeast will dry out today, but rain will linger across northern New England and could put a damper on trick-or-treat festivities for places like Burlington, Syracuse, and Watertown. The rest of the Northeast will have to deal with the wind as gusts could reach up to 50-55 mph on Friday. Wind chills will likely hover in the 30s and 40s this evening, so make sure the kids are bundled up as they head out to go trick-or-treating.
