There are two areas in the Atlantic that are being monitored by the National Hurricane Center. While the first is a nontropical low in the northern Atlantic that doesn’t pose any threat to land at this time, the other is a bit more interesting. This tropical wave has a low chance of development as it heads towards the Leeward Islands. The storm will reach the Caribbean next week and, but has a low chance of development at this point.
