      Severe Storms, Flooding Possible Across Texas, Oklahoma

      A slow-moving storm system will bring a chance for severe storms along with a flood threat to the Southern Plains Friday into Saturday. Multiple clusters of storms will develop across West Texas on Friday afternoon before moving east across the rest of the state Friday night into Saturday morning. Damaging winds, large hail and a few tornadoes will be possible. Another round of severe storms will be possible Saturday afternoon into Saturday night. A flood watch has been issued for central Oklahoma and North Texas, including Oklahoma City, Dallas, Fort Worth and Waco. 1 to 3 inches appear likely with isolated totals as high as 4 to 5 inches.
